Order Cancellations Prior to Delivery
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order easily by contacting us during working hours. If your order has already left our warehouse, please refuse the delivery when it arrives and message us with you roder details to inform us.
90 Day Return Policy
We realise that you might change your mind and that’s OK. You can return goods in their original packaging, in "as new" condition for the first 90 days after delivery for a full refund. In the first instance please contact us and we will give you a returns material authorisation number (RMA) and email you a returns sheet with instructions on how to return the item. The RMA number must accompany any returns. You are responsible for returning the item to us, in certain instances we can arrange a collection from you for a small charge.
Returns are subject to our terms and conditions and must be returned to us in ‘as new’ and unused condition complete with all accessories, parts and packaging and must be in a condition which will be suitable to be sold as new again.
A refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the item back providing it is in suitable condition but we normally process refunds within 1-2 days.
Faulty product
If you do have any problems please contact us during opening hours as soon as possible and we can resolve most issues over the phone within a few minutes. If the item needs to come back to us for investigation this will be handled in accordance with your product warranty.
